We provide free shipping to UK mainland (excluding Highlands) and aim to dispatch within 2 working days depending on the customisation you require. If you have a specific date you require the gift, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request

How do you send your personalised information:

Please ensure all names, spelling and capital letters are correctly stated when submitting your order. These will be pasted directly into the image and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any errors.

Please complete your personalised details in the "Add Note to Seller" section on the check out page or email to info@treasured-forever.co.uk with your name and order number in the subject box.

Corporate order Delivery:

Our usual turnaround is as followed:

Orders of less than 50 - posting with in 1-2 working days

Orders of more than 100 - posting with in 3-5 working days

Orders of more than 200 - posting with in 3-10 working days

Please email us at info@treasured-forever.co.uk  - for all orders over 50 & we can discuss customisation options and send you a excel file for all the addresses if you are shipping directly to the recipient.
