Order Processing

Please allow 1 working day to process your order. You can expect an email within 1 to 2 days confirming that your order is on the way!
Local Delivery
At checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button to proceed. Free UK delivery is available on all products.
Orders placed today will be dispatched the next working day. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information (where relevant), so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

 

UK Free Shipping

•    Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
•    Enjoy FREE shipping with Royal Mail 48 Standard, which generally takes 2 to 3 days for delivery.
•    You can also upgrade to Royal Mail 24 for faster delivery (1 to 2 days). Shipping charges for upgrades will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at an additional cost of £5.99 per item. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Treasured Forever Ltd is not responsible for these charges, and they will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at enquiries@treasured-forever.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
